This error appears if the number of concurrent connections has reached the limit imposed by your hosting manager.\\

If your site is hosted with godaddy.com you have to recycle your application pool in IIS Management to get your site back. Follow these steps:
  - Log in to your [[http://mya.godaddy.com/default.aspx?prog_id=GoDaddy|Account Manager]].
  - From the **My Products** section, click **Web Hosting**.
  - Next to the account you want to use, click **Launch**.
  - From the **Content** menu, select **IIS Management**.
  - Click **Recycle App Pool**.
  - Click **OK**.

And after these steps check your site. It should work !\\
